Switch destination devices not only source devices

Some people have multiple output devices (Plasma screen and beamer for example), and have the need to change the destination for audio and video from the remote.

Extension of the pipe handling has to be made. Extension of the Orbiter screens have to be made. Audio and video output pipes need to be changed on the fly on their own.
