Investigate removing msttcorefonts

This is an attempt to unload msttcorefonts as a dependency for pluto-avwizard pluto-orbiter and pluto-orbiter-gen. This will make pre-installing more components of lmce on a dvd iso possible, as well as preventing successful installs when the msttcorefonts downloader fails... as well as other annoyances.

I am just posting these at the moment. Will build and confirm working status later.
