Issue created Mar 15, 2012 by Sambuca@sambucaMaintainer

Unable to dial a missed call on SIP devices due to a missing 9-prefix in number

When a call is missed, the call log will show for example "555-1234". Trying to redial this will fail, as it does not have the required 9 prefix. The number should have been "9555-1234".

There is references on the internet to add this prefix in the dialplan for the incoming call. That might solve this issue, but we need to make sure that the caller id still works on the orbiters (which does work today afaik).
