Adding template for firmwared Devilink FT Floor Thermostat

I have Devilink FT Floor Thermostat which firmwared by Zwave.me for working whith any Zwave controller. It's working fine with Z-cloud central controller (Zwave.me), but have no interface in LinuxMCE.
