qOrbiter qt4.8.1 to qt5.0 changes

Due to changes in Qt going from Qt4.x.x to Qt5.0 some code changes are required in qOrbiter. Changes relate to the modularisation of Qt and the changes to the Qml engine. This port was triggered while attempting to get qOrbiter running on the Raspberry Pi.
