NMA and Prowl Integration

In addition to email notifications already integrated in LMCE, it would be great (and fairly simple) to integrate NMA and Prowl. However, if qOrbiter is intended to handle push notifications on its own then this will be redundant.

NMA = Notify my Android http://www.notifymyandroid.com/

Prowl = Similar service for iOS http://www.prowlapp.com/

Both applications support push notifications to their respective OS's. Perl scripts are available which can be run on Ubuntu, when passed appropriate command line parameters, will cause notification to appear on mobile device.
