USB_Game_Pad multiple detection.

The Gamepad_Detect.sh radar detects things assigned to js0 which are, sometimes, not joystick/gamepads. Some of these devices, it seems, crash the USB_Game_Pad program, causing thousands of detection/installs. This is a temporary fix that looks instead for a backgrounded script it launches monitoring the js0-3 states.
