Firewall use of chains rules edit en disable rules postrouting nat en prerouting

Firewall rules can be disabled temporary and can be edited and the forward and output chains can be used and changed from ACCEPT to REJECT or DROP. ACCEPT will be default for OUTPUT AND FORWARD as it is now.
