MDs with numeric-only MAC addresses fail to PnP themselves

Because of an ancient bug in PnP Plugin, MDs that have numeric-only MAC addresses fail to go through the automatic addition process. DHCP Plugin reports some events before the MD itself does so. This works for MDs that have at least one hex digit in their MAC address because DHCP Plugin reports the MAC in lowercase while the MD itself reports it in uppercase, failing one of the matches for duplicate reports.
