Hauppauge PVR-USB2 no longer auto-detects

On a recent install of 0810 beta2 (rev. 22569), Hauppauge WinTV PVR-USB2 capture devices no longer autodetect. I have tried this on several new 0810 installs with both the 2040:2400 and the 2040:2900 (usb ID) models. I have tried this on 2 different installs with 3 different PVR-USB2 devices. They work fine when manually set up, however.

Initial findings: The CaptureCards_Setup* scripts don't exist in /usr/pluto/bin on 0810 installs(though they do exist in a 0710 install). These are part of the pluto-capture-card-setup-scripts package. I'm not sure how this script got installed in 0710, but a possible fix would be to have pluto-mythtv-player depend on pluto-capture-card-setup-scripts (and probably the same for the VDR package?).

I will confirm if manually installing pluto-capture-card-setup-scripts on my core will get the PVR-USB2 PNP working again and report back.
