Proxy Orbiter should create Orbiters

The regular Windows orbiter (as well as the PadOrbiter) allow for automatic generation of a new Orbiter upon startup.

This should be the same for the Proxy Orbiter.

Upon startup, the list of Orbiters is presented together with an entry called - new Orbiter -. If the user selects that Orbiter, the user gets asked about name for the Orbiter, default room and user, and OrbiterGen creates the Orbiter. After completion of the OrbiterGen'g process, the new Orbiter can be selected.
