Make qOrbiter Play Media

Make qOrbiter capable of consuming the following *All stored video media that linuxmce currently supports, including subset features such as subtitles, angles, etc

*All audio media linuxmce currently supports, both stored and streamed

*picture viewer with the ability to navigate about the picture

All media should have controls, and support having streams sent to them
