packages built outside makerelease (such as mce-launcher) are not upgraded by apt

mce-launcher's version number doesn't change through current config/build method. This causes apt-get to ignore any upgrades to the package as they have the same version. Need to add lmce versioning to all lmce maintained packages so upgrades are treated properly by apt-get.
