MythTV locks up shortly after initial live tv stream

MythTV launches live tv and locks within seconds, 1 to 2 seconds. Same issue when launching mythfrontend from terminal. Command line output states:

NVP(0): Timed out waiting for free video buffers.

...repeatedly. Have turned the playback quality to High Quality and then to Slim. Have tried vdpau drivers as well. mplayer /dev/video0 works well. During initial setup of MythTV and during every reboot it attempts to install package pluto-ivtv-video-drivers and fails. I have attempted to install this package from the CLI and this package is not found. I have sifted through the repo's in an attempt to find this package in beta2 build or in the alpha tree's, to no avail.

This is 8.10 beta 2 updated, with NVidia 8200 with latest drivers in Ubuntu/Kubuntu's repo's, and a single PVR 150. This issue has been persistent before the upgrade to the latest mythtv 0.22 packages that recently updated.
