pluto-sqlcvs requires php

When installing on Lucid, pluto-sqlcvs postinst seems to go looking for /usr/bin/php.

Setting up pluto-sqlcvs (2.0.0.45.10121623525) ... /var/lib/dpkg/info/pluto-sqlcvs.postinst: line 31: /usr/bin/php: No such file or directory

This is apparently not a dependency, and subsequently fails. Installing php5-cli seems to work around it.

Regards

Kyle
